Mun-Wai Chung & JF Unson

Graham Scott is a Chartered Accountant, teacher, and author. Graham's journey began with studying Agriculture and Accounting at university, where he discovered his love for numbers. In 1996, he started his accounting practice and, through his role in a charitable trust, faced the challenge of negotiating a budget with the local council. This experience led him to pursue a Master's degree, and after discovering the Theory of Constraints (or TOC), he started applying TOC thinking to the traditional budgeting process. Graham's innovative approach to budgeting, rooted in the Theory of Constraints, has not only transformed his own career but also empowered small businesses to thrive and unlock business agility. His journey led to the publication of his book, Practice Makes Profit: The Small Business Owner's Guide to Making More Money by NOT Working Harder, a testament to his success and the doors it has opened for him, including his impactful work with senior leadership teams at various companies.
